Rancho California RV Resort opened in 1998. The resort consists of 593 RV lots on approximately 290 acres consisting of 5 phases, with each phase having views of the golf course and lakes. Phase 5, the last phase, opened for lot sales in January 2005 with 144 lots. There are approximately 526 individually owned lots as of December 31, 2008. There are an additional 40 acres owned by the developer that could be developed, consisting of approximately 185 lots.
Rancho California Properties has a sales staff of four, with combined real estate experience of 150 years, combined lot sales of over $25 million in this resort (more than any other real estate agency to our credit), and our specialty is in RV lot re-sales and RV lot rentals.
